Share a few details about the nominee and their service to the community.
After that, their only responsibility is to attend the ceremony on June 27, 2026. Doors open at 12:30 PM; ceremony runs 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM at Loma Linda Civic Center, Community Room, 25541 Barton Road, Loma Linda, CA.
